    This involves elevating design maturity within the organization, instilling customer-centricity in the company's core, empowering designers to shape strategy and vision, fostering their involvement in problem-solving, and emphasizing OKRs, KPIs, maturity models, roles, responsibilities, and data-driven operations.

  • Practice and Process

    Elevating our craft, scaling processes and principles across teams, operationalizing beneficial behaviors, and promoting knowledge transfer to boost maturity levels. Understanding processes as a chain of outcomes, rather than step. Special attention is placed on Collaboration, Tooling, Process, QA, and risk management.

  • People Operations

    This spans staffing, headcount planning, hiring, onboarding, skills development, career growth frameworks, and mentorship programs. Its importance grows with larger design teams. In a high-demand designer market, valuing personal fulfillment over money, providing clear career paths is crucial, impacting not just productivity and engagement but also retention.

  • Culture

    Culture is all about the human fabric in the team. It includes values, rituals, community engagement and the overall human condition of the team. Being happy and fulfilled at work is critically important if we want our team to be effective. Diversity, equity and inclusion are key indicators of the effectiveness of a team
